Made my first song short video and it has provided me the chance to learn new things and revisit the solutions to get the 9:16 results.
The process of accepting my own voice and space within this YouTube universe is on going. I am aware that the joy of image creation and viewing is center with story telling being the beginning and end. The skills to promote and engage are not there nor are those areas uplifting for me. I have presented the channel clearly with this is what it is. Very little mis-direction here, so I think anyway.
The above was really focused on as I tried to think of what a song short would be for me. Image and story.... ok less than a minute of image and story. Great next was how would I want to see this, being I am creating my world here and I will be looking at this weekly if not daily. This brought the idea of pulling form the song's full length video to take the 16:9 to 9:16 and I found Onetake could do this.
That addressed the image and the access to the song next came the edits. I found Flexclip supports 9:16 so I put the extracted OneTake 9:16 video into Flexclip. The process of working through views and making the cuts was a lot of learning.
The result is a clear intro the a song all ready posted. This idea became together as I added the details to the description of the short video.
