Note:
While building this process out for the image to fit nicely on the Frame TV the image will have more pix that is needed at one point. (These larger image sizes in pixels can support printing to paper or canvas. Check the KB entry printing to canvas.)

It is clear doing these tasks locally on the computer would be better than using online resources as I repeatedly try to learn and record how this is done. Yet if I can just get this process recorded and remember where it is 8/22/24 that will be something.
What you may not know is that photos must be edited in a 16:9 aspect ratio, which translates in a pixel size of 3840 x 2160 px to allow you add to choose mats and color. This may change in the future with software updates.

This will require tools:
- change ratio to 16:9
- Change pix to 3840x2160
- Reduce size of file while keeping the image
Image subject and cropping, will the subject start in 16:9 or need to be changed to 16:9? This presents needs for additional tools:
- Change to 16:9 by expending the image using AI
- Crop the image to size changing the visible subject
- Add background to fill in the subject boards to fit. This leads to rework image to address the added background.
To Do Need to build out the list of tools to address subject adjustments in the process of changing image ratio.

Change pix to 3840x2160 will require using AI to enhance the image sometimes called "Upscaler" so the pix increase includes image quality increasing as well.
- Enhance / Upscale with paid solution artguru does a very good job and meets various other needs.

Currently 8/22/24 I do not have a clear path to 3840x2160. Create image, enhance / upscale image to above 3840x2160 and next resize to 3840x2160.
