I have been and will continue to face the headaches of mixing symbols around and forgetting steps, tasks, notes etc while doing something to get the creativity out. So many thoughts over the past three days alone.
How to manage all the songs, the names are numbers and I mix the numbers up consistently. These look the same to me 25030610, 25300610, 25036010 this is still better than reading words.
The ideas of posting reels on Facebook is very challenging since the steps are not as easy to cut and paste the answers as YouTube. I create canned messages for things and copy and paste to get through this. The information is board to cover the areas used. Also Facebook posting does not easily provide a way to disable comments. I try to disable those because I am unable to read and support responses to them. To enjoy the parts of reels in Facebook I will have to accept this area will have comments enabled and left what happens happens.
The Facebook reels opened up a way to expand the music joy with song reviews. This lead to revisiting the various tools I have and resulted in articles, embed videos, audio voices and the fun of discovery. All that also lead to many layers of cross solution creation and tasks processes to build out.
Ove the past month the recreating of song videos to increase the sound quality resulted in various name labels so I could track what version of audio a video had along with if a video was made into a reel or recreated.
Name plus letters as code for me:
--- 4K (Made with FlexClip at 4K) audio at 80% volume both in stand alone and made with ot 80% FlexClip volume
--- ot (Made with OneTake standard 1920x1080) from FlexClip 80% volume
--- 4K r (Made with FlexClip at 4K) audio at 100% volume and audio from OneTake otr
--- otr (Made with OneTake standard 1920x1080) from FlexClip 100% volume

Finally found in my solutions a way to catalog all the music, notes and audio file versions and learned I must keep the same music name throughout at the core. No more reposts with a new core name. This remains me at one time I started a system to note if I song was reposted using different image art. Those were the early days when it was a music file and an image file. Whatever I did back then would not fit into this complex process.
Last night while I was trying to sleep I kept coming back to this question, what to do? It has resulted in adding numbers at the end and next needing to track the last version posted in that master catalog.
This is the idea here:
Use 001 as the number which supports any one music video to be reposted 999 times from the start of the numbering system. That is highly likely more that what will happen without their being a production team getting into this. Next each post would need to have that number recorded in the catalog for that music. That catalog would be used daily for searching for music and adding music and notes. This means all music posted currently could be seen as production tests and I could start with new names and record them into the catalog moving forward.
There would no longer need to be a:
p for repost
m for remake
r for remix
ot for OneTake
When this starts it would look like this:
25082401 001 4K (Means made with FlexClip and 100% volume) [Currently this applies to instrumentals because I can not cycle them through OneTake. I have a plan to try something to get around this. It presents its own issues.]
yymmddnn number posted that date this becomes its core name. 001 means the first post of that song.

First time 25082401 001 is posted it would have these versions and names:
25082401 001 4K (inst) or 4Ko (made through OneTake video) --------- audio is more like live performance (For TV and general play)
25082401 001 FT Made with OneTake white boarder ------------------ audio more like studio track (For TV and podcast)
All songs will get a reel option of the first posting and have a web page no need to include this in the name.
