Image sizing and ratio during creation

  1. Overview
  2. Creation Flow
  3. Image sizing and ratio during creation
Image ratio 16:9 is the frame I want to focus on to create YouTube videos.

Image creation:
1. Take original image and if smaller than 16:9 or different than 16:9 work with solutions to get it 16:9

A. If ratio larger than 16:9 resize to 16:9.
B. If smaller than 16:9 enhance above 16:9.  Focus here rebuilding a smaller image ratio up to 16:9.
  • Artguru will enhance the image in one take to a size that can be reworked for the 16:9 flow.  This step may make large enough images that could be reworked also for 50 inch FrameTV. There may also be options for images meeting sizes for print to canvas.
  • Pica has now replaced the stand alone Artguru one.

B2. Resize to 16:9
  • Picwish which may support moving the image up or down depending on the size being worked with. This allows some subject design at times.

C. When A.I. is using image as reference A.I. does image creation matching ratio of the reference.  This means the ratio of 16:9 needs to occur on all images from original through the complete process if 16:9 is what I want on the end when the finished image is made.

D. The image made from A.I. is in most cases smaller than 1920 x 1080.  This means a repeat of the process is needed to take the created image up to 1920 x 1080 will need to be done.

E. Correct cropping and object issues in image from step D. This may go in a different direction with another A.I. solution.

F. Increase the images pixels based on final use case. This process of making larger image above 1920 x 1080 may result in supporting it's use in printing to canvas or 50inch Frame TV.

G. YouTube video goal is 1920 x 1080 pixels and 16:9 ratio.
